The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic person eager to learn to join us for the position of FLOATER.

This exciting role involves working in various clubs, requiring geographic mobility and availability from Monday to Sunday.

DESCRIPTION
Our Host at Basic-Fit is the first point of contact for our members. They welcome them with friendliness, kindness, and warmth. They ensure the order and tranquility of the club and supervise the correct use of the equipment made available to the member. They assist current and future members regarding our services and facilities and provide support at an informative and structural level.

What you'll do

FUNCTIONS
Working alongside their manager, they will have, among others, the following missions:
-Welcome current and future members with enthusiasm and kindness.
-Sell and advise contributing to the achievement of set objectives.
-Actively participate in the cleaning and maintenance of the club.
-Assist the club manager in their administrative tasks
-Contribute to the promotional activities displayed by the club manager.
-Ensure safety, order, and tranquility in the club.

How you'll work

Working day: 15 hours (option to work additional hours).
Contract: temporary. Christmas campaign: from November to January. Possibility of conversion to permanent.
Shifts: Rotating (minimum of 2 consecutive days off). Explained during the interview.
Salary: approx. 650 net/month (additional hours extra).
Start date: November
