The role

At this time, we are looking for an Operator for the Cell Testing department.

The R&D Battery Cell Test Operator will perform battery testing and measurements using specialized electrical, thermal, and mechanical equipment to evaluate cell performance. Cell Battery Testing

Continuous Improvement

Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions to improve testing processes.
Stay informed about advancements and best practices in battery testing and process engineering to support continuous improvement efforts.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

Implement and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols in all R&D activities related to cell testing.
Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance within the R&D team.
Participate in HSE training programs and initiatives to continuously improve safety practices.
