What we're looking for
University degree in Chemistry and a solid foundation for working in an analytical laboratory within a regulated environment.
Experience and technical knowledge in chemical and instrumental analysis, with proficiency in HPLC being indispensable.
Ability to communicate in English in a professional environment,

The role
We are looking to incorporate a Laboratory Analyst or Technician (depending on experience) into the Analytical Method Transfer and Validation team at our Sabiñánigo plant, to play a key role in the robust and reliable incorporation of analytical methods into the production environment.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly technical and collaborative environment, actively participating in transfer and validation studies, ensuring compliance with the highest quality and GMP standards, and collaborating with international teams in an innovative and constantly evolving pharmaceutical environment.
What you'll do
Review and analyze analytical methods and transfer and/or validation protocols developed by the R&D area, ensuring their feasibility, robustness, and correct implementation in the production environment.
Manage the procurement and control of reagents and laboratory materials, guaranteeing their availability and suitability for the execution of transfer studies.
Collaborate continuously with R&D teams at different Baxter plants, actively participating in the preparation, review, and final approval of protocols and reports, as well as providing technical support during the execution of tests.
Execute analytical method transfer tests according to approved protocols, strictly complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable internal procedures.
Ensure the correct use, verification, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, especially those used in instrumental analysis, contributing to the reliability and reproducibility of results.
Participate in the validation of new laboratory equipment, providing technical knowledge during its commissioning and ensuring its suitability for analytical transfer assays.
Additionally, those qualified as technicians will participate in the review of result reports and will provide support and training to the analyst team when necessary.
