At Baxter, we are looking for an Industrial Automation Technician to join our Sabiñánigo plant, located at the gateway to the Pyrenees, a unique environment where you can combine professional development, quality of life, and contact with nature.

As an Automation Technician, you will be a key piece in guaranteeing the availability, reliability, and technological evolution of our production lines. You will be part of a maintenance team of more than 30 professionals in a highly automated plant, equipped with more than 30 industrial robots and production lines fully controlled via PLCs connected through industrial networks.

What you'll do

Diagnose and resolve incidents to minimize interruptions and ensure production continuity.
Perform modifications and maintenance of automation software to improve the stability, performance, and reliability of the equipment.
Analyze critical equipment operating parameters to identify optimization opportunities and anticipate potential incidents.
Verify the correct functioning of machine safety systems and carry out necessary repairs, contributing to a safe working environment for everyone.
Participate in continuous improvement and technological update projects that allow for increased productivity and modernization of the lines.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to solve complex problems and improve the overall performance of the processes.
Document interventions performed to facilitate incident analysis, traceability, and continuous improvement.
