What you'll do
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, building lasting relationships and maximizing loyalty.
- Share the passion and DNA of Benefit in every interaction.
- Manage the Brow Bar comprehensively: achieve commercial targets, customer experience, stock, visual merchandising.
- Perform makeup and brow services (waxing, tinting, and lamination) following the brand's standards of excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to ensure the success of the point of sale.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor news.
Requirements
Training in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
Minimum of two years of experience in cosmetics, perfumery, or specialized retail sales. Experience performing brow waxing, tinting, and lamination will be valued.
Intermediate level of English.
Availability to work a 36-hour weekly schedule.
Customer and results orientation, attention to detail, communication skills, autonomy, initiative, and proactivity.
