We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer (C/C++) for one of our clients in the space sector, to expand one of our teams in the Madrid area, although we also consider profiles in Barcelona and Bilbao.

What you'll do

  • Development of embedded software for space projects
  • Low-level C/C++ programming
  • Direct interaction with processors and electronics
  • Debugging on real hardware
  • Analysis of registers, memory, and interrupts
  • Use of GRMON and hardware debugging tools
  • Validation and testing on real platforms
  • Support for the development of critical, high-reliability systems

Hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote work.

Preferred location: Madrid. Profiles in Barcelona and Bilbao are also valued.

Requirements

Essential requirements

  • Experience in embedded development with C/C++
  • Have worked directly with hardware
  • Knowledge of processor architecture
  • Experience in low-level debugging
  • Use of hardware debugging tools (GRMON, JTAG, or similar)
  • Knowledge of registers, memory, and interrupts
  • Experience in critical or high-reliability systems

Valuable:

  • Experience with LEON processors
  • Experience in ESA projects
