Project Engineer Pharmaceutical - Industrial Sector

We are looking for a Project Engineer for the pharmaceutical-industrial sector to join one of our teams in Sant Cugat (Barcelona).

• Review of P&IDs, equipment specifications, and instrumentation and functional specifications.
• Coordination with other departments or specialists.
• Performance of process calculations and review.
• Follow-up meetings with the client.
• Review of supplier quotations.
• Project management from the start (cleanrooms, laboratory, HVAC, etc.).
• Design of equipment and auxiliary systems (reactors, thermal baths, cleanrooms, laboratory, HVAC systems, etc.).
• Team management (technical engineers).
• Management of suppliers and subcontractors. Dealing with suppliers.
• Commissioning and GMP validation cycle of facilities. Validation of HVAC systems.
• Calculation and specification of auxiliary service systems (steam, purified water, compressed air, HVAC, etc.) adapted to GMP regulations.
• Supervision and coordination of project execution on site, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety regulations.

The selected candidates will join our Facilities Engineering team, participating in the development of design and construction projects for industrial facilities in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Process engineer with at least 3 years of experience managing projects in the pharmaceutical sector at an industrial level.
• Knowledge of cleanroom facilities, HVAC.
• Pharmaceutical process (liquid and solid forms).
• Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of regulations.
• B2 level of English.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT: own vehicle to get to the facilities.

Estamos buscando un/a Ingeniero/a de proyectos para sector farmacéutico industrial para ampliar uno de nuestros equipos en Sant Cugat (Barcelona).

• Revisión de P&ID, especificaciones de equipo, de instrumentación y funcionales.
• Coordinación con otros departamentos o especialistas.
• Realización de cálculos de proceso y revisión.
• Reuniones de seguimiento con el cliente.
• Revisar ofertas de proveedores.
• Gestión de proyectos desde el inicio (salas blancas, laboratorio, HVAC, etc.).
• Diseño de equipos y sistemas auxiliares (reactores, baños térmicos, salas blancas, laboratorio, sistemas HVAC, etc.).
• Gestión de equipos (ingenieros/as técnicos/as).
• Gestión de proveedores y servicios subcontratados. Trato con proveedores.
• Puesta en marcha y ciclo de validación GMP de instalaciones. Validaciones de equipos y sistemas de climatización.
• Cálculo y especificación de sistemas de servicios auxiliares (vapor, agua purificada, aire comprimido, HVAC, etc.) adaptados a las normativas GMP.
• Supervisión y coordinación de la ejecución de proyectos en obra, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, costes, calidad y normativa de seguridad.

Las personas seleccionadas se incorporarán a nuestro equipo de Ingeniería de Instalaciones, participando en el desarrollo de proyectos de diseño y ejecución de instalaciones industriales en el sector pharma.

• Ingeniero/a de procesos con al menos 3 años gestionando proyectos en el sector farmacéutico a nivel industrial.
• Conocimiento de instalaciones de salas blancas, HVAC.
• Proceso farmacéutico (formas liquidas y solidas).
• Conocimiento y manejo de MS office y Project. Conocimientos de AutoCAD.
• Conocimientos de normativas.
• B2 de inglés.

REQUISITO INDISPENSABLE: vehículo propio para llegar a las instalaciones.
