The role
We are looking for a SAP QA Lead to lead the strategy and execution of Quality Assurance in the various SAP projects of the company.
The position is aimed at a profile with a solid combination of leadership, technical expertise in QA and experience in complex SAP environments, capable of defining standards, driving automation and ensuring the quality of the implemented solutions.
It will be a key figure in the evolution of testing practices, collaborating closely with functional, technical and business teams in an international and constantly transforming environment.
What you'll do
Reporting to the IT & Digital area, the selected person will be responsible for leading the SAP Quality Assurance team, defining the testing strategy and ensuring the highest quality standards in SAP implementations.
The position combines:
- leadership and development of the SAP QA team.

- coordination with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders.

- Lead and develop the SAP QA team, promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentoring and support to the team to enhance their technical and professional skills.
- Ensure proper planning and allocation of resources according to business priorities.
- Define, implement and supervise Quality Assurance processes for SAP projects.
- Ensure compliance with testing methodologies, standards and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency and quality of deliverables.
- Design and supervise comprehensive test plans for SAP applications and processes.
- Coordinate functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing activities.
- Ensure adequate test coverage and traceability of requirements.
- Define and evolve test automation frameworks.
- Manage the use of Xray as a test management tool and its integration with Jira.
- Promote the adoption of automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce risks.
- Work closely with functional, technical and business teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Align the testing strategy with the objectives of SAP projects and the needs of end users.
- Act as a QA reference within digital transformation programs.
- Define and monitor key quality indicators.
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of tests, risks and improvement actions.
- Drive data-driven and objective metrics-based decision-making.
