Robotics Technician + Commissioning + Machine Vision | Travel

We are currently recruiting a Robotics Technician + Commissioning + Machine Vision to join permanently one of the teams that Between has deployed at one of our main clients in an on-site role in Gipuzkoa.

• Development, programming, and commissioning of industrial robots and machine vision systems.

• Programming and adjustment of robots (KUKA, FANUC).

• Development and implementation of machine vision solutions: analysis, design, integration, expansions, and optimization.

• Deployment of robotic solutions at client facilities.

• Diagnosis and resolution of issues in robotic cells.

• Collaboration with internal and external teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Preparation of technical documentation and recording of incidents.

• Management of the necessary relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure the proper progress of the project.

• Higher Level Vocational Training in Industrial Automation and Robotics, Mechatronics, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in industrial robotics and machine vision projects and at least 3 years in commissioning.

• Experience in designing and developing automation with PLCs, especially Siemens/TIA Portal and Beckhoff, with other environments such as Omron or TEE also valued.

• Experience in programming industrial robots (KUKA, FANUC).

• Proficiency with machine vision systems (IDS, Mech-Mind, Cognex, Keyence, and Halcon software).

• Command of languages such as Python, C++, or others.

• Knowledge of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet).

• Basic health and safety training (PRL) and electrical risk course.

Actualmente seleccionamos un/a Técnico/a en Robótica + Puesta en marcha + Visión Artificial para incorporarse de forma indefinida en uno de los equipos que Between tiene implantados en uno de nuestros principales clientes en modalidad presencial en Gipuzkoa.

• Desarrollo, programación y puesta en marcha de robots industriales y sistemas de visión artificial.

• Programación y ajuste de robots (KUKA, FANUC).

• Desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de visión artificial: análisis, diseño, integración, ampliaciones y optimización.

• Implantación de soluciones robóticas en las instalaciones del cliente.

• Diagnóstico y solución de incidencias en células robotizadas.

• Colaboración con equipos internos y externos durante todo el ciclo del proyecto.

• Elaboración de documentación técnica y registro de incidencias.

• Gestión de las relaciones necesarias con clientes y proveedores para el correcto avance del proyecto.

• Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Automatización y Robótica Industrial, Mecatrónica o áreas relacionadas.

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en proyectos de robótica industrial y visión artificial y al menos 3 años en puestas a punto.

• Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de automatización con PLC, especialmente Siemens/TIA Portal y Beckhoff, valorándose otros entornos como Omron o TEE.

• Experiencia en programación de robots industriales (KUKA, FANUC).

• Manejo de sistemas de visión artificial (IDS, Mech-Mind, Cognex, Keyence y software Halcon).

• Dominio de lenguajes como Python, C++ u otros similares.

• Conocimiento de redes industriales (Ethernet/IP, Profinet).

• Formación en PRL básica y curso de riesgo eléctrico.
