Senior Sales Advisor / Trainer

As a Sales Assistant, you will be a true brand ambassador: you will welcome each customer with attention, understand their needs, and accompany them through a personalized and memorable shopping experience—both in-store and online.

Your contribution will be key to reinforcing the brand image and achieving sales objectives through quality service and relationships of trust.

· Offer exceptional service, valuing every interaction and promoting the brand, the product, and loyalty programs.

· Understand customer needs, present the product with passion, and guide them toward the best choice.

· Create lasting relationships, building trust and loyalty.

· Drive complementary and omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, in-store tablet).

· Actively contribute to individual and team objectives.

· Professionally manage requests or complaints alongside the manager.

· Maintain the order, image, and care of the boutique according to brand standards.

· Support omnichannel flows and inventory activities.

· Contribute to cash management and operational procedures according to internal policies.

· Passion for fashion and for customer service.

· You stand out for your elegance, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

· Proactive, result-oriented, and eager to learn.

· Positive and collaborative approach to teamwork.

· Experience in fashion retail or luxury/premium is a plus.
