You will be the key piece in the experience of our professional clients (construction, renovations, works...) helping to make their projects a reality in a comprehensive way.

1. Customer Search and Acquisition: You will actively search for and acquire customers both inside and outside the store.

2. Customer Portfolio Management and Follow-up: You will manage and follow up on your own customer portfolio, providing omnichannel support including phone, in-person, and online communication.

3. Sales Process Coordination: You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire sales process, from preparing quotes to final delivery to the customer.

4. Promotion of Specific Services: You will promote and drive the sale of specific services, such as delivery, financing, and installation, among others.

5. Market and Competition Knowledge: You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local professional market and competition, identifying product needs and trends in the sector.

1. A passion for sales. If you are passionate about selling and making people happy, you are on the right track.

2. Experience selling products, ideally with knowledge of DIY or renovation. If you have worked in stores or know how to improve a home, we will value you highly.

3. Positivity, Energy, and a Team Player Attitude: If you're someone who is always on the go and always looking for ways to improve, you'll fit right in.

4. Good computer skills. If you can handle Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, everything will be easier for you.

5. Specialized training. If you have studies in Architecture, Interior Design, or similar fields. Additionally, having commercial experience in the construction and home renovation sector will be a valuable asset to your profile.

1. Búsqueda y Captación de Clientes: Realizarás una búsqueda activa y captación de clientes tanto dentro como fuera de la tienda.

2. Gestión y Seguimiento de la Cartera de Clientes: Te encargarás del seguimiento y gestión de tu propia cartera, brindando una atención omnicanal que incluya comunicación telefónica, presencial y en línea.

3. Coordinación del Proceso de Venta: Serás responsable de gestionar y coordinar todo el proceso de venta, desde la elaboración de presupuestos hasta la entrega final al cliente.

4. Promoción de Servicios Específicos: Fomentarás y promoverás la venta de servicios específicos, como transporte, financiamiento e instalación, entre otros.

5.Conocimiento del Mercado y Competencia: Mantendrás un conocimiento actualizado del mercado profesional local y de la competencia, identificando las necesidades de productos y tendencias en el sector.

1. Amar las ventas. Si te apasiona vender y hacer feliz a la gente, vas por buen camino.

2. Tener experiencia vendiendo cosas, mejor si sabes de bricolaje o reformas. Si has trabajado en tiendas o tienes idea de cómo mejorar una casa, aquí te valoramos mucho.

3. Positivismo, tener energía y ganas de hacer cosas en equipo. Si eres de las personas que no se quedan quietas y siempre están buscando cómo mejorar, encajas perfecto.

4. Saber usar bien el ordenador. Si puedes manejar Word, Excel y PowerPoint, te será más fácil todo.

5. Formación especializada. Si tienes estudios de Arquitectura, diseño de interiores o similares. Además, contar con experiencia comercial en el sector de construcción y reforma del hogar será un valioso complemento para tu perfil.
