Forget temporary contracts or one-month campaigns. We are looking for promoters who want to join our team at the Carrefour in Montequinto to advise and help customers choose the best option.

WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?

- Permanent contract from day one.
- REAL WORK-LIFE BALANCE: 30-hour workweek (5 hours a day) from Mon-Sat. You will have half a day off each day for family life, studying, and other activities.
- Rotating shifts:
Mornings: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Afternoons: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
- Fixed salary: €1,068 gross/month + variable incentives.
- Stable, long-term project.
- Initial training and ongoing support.
- Permanent support from team manager and back office.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?

- Approach and chat with people visiting the shopping center from the information point.
- Inform and guide customers about different service options.
- Listen to customer needs and provide a clear explanation of the available alternatives.
- Accompany the customer throughout the contracting process.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals.

¿QUÉ TE OFRECEMOS?

- Contrato indefinido desde el primer día.
- CONCILIACIÓN REAL: Jornada de 30h (5h al día) de L-S. Tendrás media jornada libre cada día para conciliación familiar, estudiar, y otras actividades
- Turnos rotativos:
Mañanas: 10:00 - 15:00 h.
Tardes: 17:00 - 22:00 h.
- Salario fijo: 1.068 € brutos/mes + incentivos variables.
- Proyecto estable y de larga duración.
- Formación inicial y acompañamiento continuo.
- Apoyo permanente de responsable de equipo y back office.
- Posibilidades reales de promoción interna dentro de la compañía.
- Anticipo de nómina.

¿CUÁL SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?

- Acercarte y charlar con las personas que visitan el centro comercial desde el punto de información.
- Informar y orientar a los clientes sobre diferentes opciones de servicio.
- Escuchar las necesidades del cliente y ofrecer una explicación clara de las alternativas disponibles.
- Acompañar al cliente durante el proceso de contratación.
- Colaborar con el equipo para alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto.
