B2B Commercial Manager Seville

From Adecco Outsourcing we are looking to bring in B2B Commercial Managers for a national project focused on business development and acquiring companies.

We are looking for dynamic people with initiative, a results-driven mindset, and experience in consultative selling. What will your duties be?

• Prospect and acquire new clients within the business segment.
• Carry out in-person commercial visits in the assigned area.
• Identify business opportunities and build a client portfolio.
• Present and market solutions tailored to each company's needs.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements.
• Report commercial activity using digital tools and CRM.
• Achieve the established activity and sales targets.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in B2B sales, commercial acquisition, cold calling, or business development.
• Experience in sectors such as energy, telecommunications, insurance, leasing, business services, or similar is highly valued.
• Results-oriented profile accustomed to working toward targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid B driving license.

What do we offer?

• Temporary contract from September 2, 2026, to March 12, 2027. With the possibility of continuity.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Fixed salary €19,000 gross/year + variable salary €3,000 gross/year. (12 payments)
• Company car.
