About the company
Bunch is a London-based technology company that builds a platform for fractional property investment, allowing individuals to co-own and trade shares of real estate assets. The company operates at the intersection of fintech and real estate, with a relatively small but highly specialized team focused on product engineering and scalable backend systems.
Bunch has established a presence in Spain, hiring remote engineering talent to strengthen its product development capabilities. For international professionals, the company offers a modern, fully remote-friendly work culture typical of a fast-moving startup, with competitive compensation and the opportunity to work on a product that is reshaping how people access real estate investment.
For International Professionals
- Fully remote company — you can work from anywhere in Spain without relocating to a major hub.
- Engineering roles are product-focused, giving exposure to the entire backend stack (Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS).
- As a small startup, engineers typically take on broad ownership and high-impact projects early on.
- The team is international and English is the working language, so no Spanish proficiency is required.
- Compensation is benchmarked to London standards, which tends to be above the local Spanish market average.
Company History
Bunch was founded in 2021 in London, UK, with the mission of making real estate investment accessible through fractional ownership. The company has since grown its platform and expanded its hiring internationally, including into Spain, to support its product and engineering teams.
