Caser Servicios wants to incorporate a Sociocultural Animation Technician (TASOC) into its team within the Caser Residencial business for our Txurdinaga care center, in Bilbao.
Reporting directly to the Care Manager, your mission will be to organize, plan, and develop sociocultural, recreational, and therapeutic activities aimed at improving the quality of life, social participation, emotional well-being, and cognitive stimulation of the residents.
What you'll do
Among your main responsibilities are:
- Prepare the annual activity plan.
- Conduct group and individual workshops adjusted to cognitive and physical abilities.
- Promote resident participation.
- Record attendance, progress, and participation attitude.
- Coordinate events, outings, and celebrations.
- Collaborate with the technical team in their interventions with the residents.
