Chief of Staff

In this context, the role of Chief of Staff becomes a key piece to support the CEO in the definition and execution of the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment among the different corporate areas and ensuring agile, integrated and results-oriented management.

The selected person will act as the right hand of the CEO, participating in strategic decisions, leading cross-functional projects and ensuring that the different teams move forward in a cohesive manner towards business objectives. It will be a role with a global and multifunctional vision, combining analytical capacity, cross-functional leadership and a deep understanding of the industrial business.

-Design, coordinate and execute the corporate strategy together with the CEO, with a focus on growth, internationalization, innovation, product expansion and opening of new markets.
-Supervise the commercial and global marketing areas, analyzing sales, margins, pricing, profitability and brand positioning to ensure data-driven decision making.
-Manage and coordinate non-industrial areas -supply chain, strategic procurement, logistics and quality- providing executive vision, order and operational coherence.
-Support the financial management, monitoring KPIs, budgets, forecasts and executive reporting intended for the CEO and the Board.
-Drive organization and talent initiatives together with the HR department, reinforcing culture, structure, processes, internal communication and leadership development.
-Lead strategic projects of the CEO, ensuring their progress, impact and correct execution, acting as the CEO's representative in internal and external meetings when necessary.
-Ensure effective coordination among areas, anticipating risks, unblocking decisions and maintaining a cross-functional vision of the business.

-Technical education in Industrial Engineering or similar; MBA highly valued.
-5 to 7 years of experience in international industrial environments, strategic consulting, business development or corporate areas with a high level of executive exposure.
-Solid knowledge of corporate finance, business analysis and profitability models.
-Previous experience operating in global environments and working with a commercial vision.
-Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI or other analysis tools, and ability to prepare high-impact executive presentations.
-High level of English.
