We are looking for an MRO Buyer, whose mission will be to manage the indirect purchases needed to ensure the plant's operational continuity, guaranteeing availability, quality, and efficiency throughout the entire procurement process.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Managing the full MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) purchasing cycle.
• Developing and managing the supplier base for materials, spare parts, tools, production supplies, and services.
• Negotiating and formalizing agreements, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with technical and quality requirements by coordinating with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain departments.
• Contributing to cost-saving projects and supply security initiatives within the MRO category.
• Participating in bidding processes ("spot bidding") for specific needs.
• Managing supplier relationships, ensuring continuous improvement in quality, reliability, and innovation.
• Preparing analytical reports and reports for the Purchasing Management team.
• Coordinating the administrative flow associated with contracts, purchase orders, and payments.

Requirements:

Your profile and qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in MRO purchasing in an industrial environment (ideally automotive, metal, chemical, or other continuous manufacturing sectors).
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, or others).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
• Advanced English for international environments.
• Negotiation skills, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and results orientation.

✔ On-site requirement:
Availability to work 100% on-site at our offices in Zaragoza is required.
