• Preferably holding an NVQ-3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Ideally, having previous experience as a Sales Advisor. Preferably acquired in dynamic environments such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that challenges industry standards and continues to grow. You are passionate about everything related to Charlotte Tilbury and you love sharing it with others.
• Ideally, you will have experience in makeup application and will know how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
