Personal with Reduced Mobility (PRM) Agent

•  Assistance and support for people with reduced mobility and/or functional diversity.

•  Transporting and accompanying PRM service users from the station meeting point to their assigned seat and back.

•  Offering help and support with moving and placing luggage in the designated compartments.

•  Work schedule: Part-time.

•  Shifts: Rotating (morning, afternoon, and night shifts).

•  Contract type: Initially temporary (with possibilities of contract extension).

•  Salary: According to the collective bargaining agreement, in 12 payments plus bonuses.

•  Start date: Immediate.

•  Care Network: psycho-emotional support service available every day of the year.

• Valuable degree in General Basic Education or a General High School Diploma.

• Valuable previous experience in similar activities/sectors or positions.

• Valid driver's license and criminal record certificate.

• Valuable intermediate-high level of English.

• Good customer service and teamwork skills.

• Valuable to hold the AVESC and AVSAF certificates.

• Schedule availability.

•  Atención y asistencia a personas con movilidad reducida y/o diversidad funcional.

•  Trasladar y acompañar a las personas usuarias del servicio PMR desde el punto de encuentro de la estación hasta el asiento asignado de su viaje y viceversa.

•  Ofrecer ayuda y soporte en el traslado y colocación del equipaje en los compartimentos habilitados.

•  Jornada Laboral: Parcial.

•  Horario: Rotativos (mañana, tarde y noche y turnos partidos).

•  Tipo de contrato: Inicialmente temporal (con posibilidades de prórroga de contrato).

•  Salario: según convenio en 12 pagas + pluses.

•  Incorporación: Inmediata.

•  Cuidado en Red: servicio de atención psicoemocional disponible todos los días del año.

• Valorable título en Educación General Básica o Título en E.S.O.

• Valorable experiencia previa actividad/sector o puestos similares.

• Valorable carné de conducir y PCP en vigor.

• Valorable nivel medio-alto inglés.

• Buen trato al cliente y trabajo en equipo.

• Valorable disponer de certificado AVESC y AVSAF-C

• Disponibilidad horaria.
