The role

What you'll do

Comprehensive maintenance of sanitary installations (unclogging drains, replacing sinks, clearing pipe blockages, welding...).
Supervise and control the correct functioning of the engine rooms and associated facilities.
Operate and monitor heat production equipment and pumping systems.

What are we looking for?

Formal training required for the position (Vocational Training Cycle or Professional Certificate in Plumbing and Domestic Heating-Air Conditioning Operations)
At least 3 years of prior experience in plumbing maintenance work required.
Solid knowledge of the operation, functioning, and maintenance of engine rooms, including heat production systems and pumping equipment.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental matters is desirable.
Valid B driver's license.
