We want to add a Junior Process Technician to the team for our central offices in Barcelona.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

- Analyze and review existing processes in the different areas of the group to identify opportunities for improvement and redesign and propose new policies, procedures, and operating manuals, with the aim of improving the efficiency of said processes.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

- Analizar y revisar los procesos existentes en las diferentes áreas del grupo para identificar oportunidades de mejora y rediseñar y proponer nuevas políticas, procedimientos y manuales de como operar, con el objetivo de mejorar la eficiencia de dichos procesos.

- Realizar la definición, documentación y actualización de las políticas, procedimientos y mapas de procesos del grupo para marcar unas directrices estandarizadas y homogéneas.

- Identificar sinergias y mejores prácticas aplicadas en las diferentes áreas en el grupo, para valorar la posibilidad de extenderlas a otras áreas de negocio y servicios corporativos y mejorar así la eficiencia global de la organización.

- Implementar y gestionar proyectos transversales que afectan a múltiples áreas de la compañía, para aportar una visión global y común a todo el grupo.
