Junior Industrial Organization Engineer

We want to add a junior Process Technician to the team at our central offices in Barcelona.

- Analyze and review existing processes in the different areas of the group to identify improvement opportunities and redesign and propose new policies, procedures, and operating manuals, with the aim of improving the efficiency of these processes.

- Carry out the definition, documentation, and updating of the group's policies, procedures, and process maps to establish standardized and homogeneous guidelines.

- Identify synergies and best practices applied in the different areas of the group, to assess the possibility of extending them to other business areas and corporate services, thereby improving the overall efficiency of the organization.

- Implement and manage cross-functional projects that affect multiple areas of the company, to provide a global and common vision for the entire group.

Queremos sumar al equipo un/a Técnico/a de Procesos junior para nuestras oficinas centrales de Barcelona.

- Analizar y revisar los procesos existentes en las diferentes áreas del grupo para identificar oportunidades de mejora y rediseñar y proponer nuevas políticas, procedimientos y manuales de como operar, con el objetivo de mejorar la eficiencia de dichos procesos.

- Realizar la definición, documentación y actualización de las políticas, procedimientos y mapas de procesos del grupo para marcar unas directrices estandarizadas y homogéneas.

- Identificar sinergias y mejores prácticas aplicadas en las diferentes áreas en el grupo, para valorar la posibilidad de extenderlas a otras áreas de negocio y servicios corporativos y mejorar así la eficiencia global de la organización.

- Implementar y gestionar proyectos transversales que afectan a múltiples áreas de la compañía, para aportar una visión global y común a todo el grupo.
