• Site Planning: Carry out initial planning, determine economic costs, and conduct periodic reviews to ensure execution in terms of quality, deadlines, and maximum profitability.
• Economic Control: Take responsibility for budget compliance, purchasing management, monthly results monitoring, certifications, and project closeouts.
• Purchasing Management: Request quotes, negotiate terms with suppliers or subcontractors, and supervise on-site activities.
• Health and Safety: Ensure strict compliance with the Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Plan (HSE / PSS) on site.
• Main Point of Contact: Lead direct communication with the client, engineering firms, and construction management teams to resolve issues and propose technical optimizations.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and supervise the work team and on-site workers, fostering a good working environment and talent development.

• Education: Technical or higher engineering degree (Industrial, Electrical, Civil) or a degree in Technical Architecture.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in Site Manager roles, with specific experience in renewable energy projects and photovoltaic or electrical installations highly valued.
• Knowledge: Solid knowledge of electrical installations, medium/low voltage, inverters, and photovoltaic structure assembly.
• Skills: Results-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and proficiency in project management tools.
• Other: Valid B driver's license and availability to travel to various sites within the assigned area.

• Planificación de Obra: Realizar la planificación inicial, determinar los costes económicos y efectuar revisiones periódicas para asegurar la ejecución en términos de calidad, plazos y máxima rentabilidad.
• Control Económico: Responsabilizarse del cumplimiento del presupuesto, la gestión de compras, el control mensual de resultados, certificaciones y cierres de obra.
• Gestión de Compras: Solicitar ofertas, negociar condiciones con proveedores o subcontratistas y supervisar las actividades en campo.
• Seguridad y Calidad: Garantizar el estricto cumplimiento del Plan de Seguridad, Salud, Calidad y Medio Ambiente (PSS / PPI) de la obra.
• Interlocución Principal: Liderar la comunicación directa con el cliente, las ingenierías y las Direcciones de Obra (DO) para resolver incidencias y proponer optimizaciones técnicas.
• Liderazgo de Equipos: Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de trabajo y operarios en obra, promoviendo un buen clima laboral y el desarrollo del talento.

• Formación: Ingeniería Técnica o Superior (Industrial, Eléctrica, Civil) o Grado en Arquitectura Técnica.
• Experiencia: Mínima de 3 a 4 años de experiencia desempeñando funciones de Jefe/a de Obra, valorándose específicamente la gestión en proyectos de energías renovables e instalaciones fotovoltaicas o Eléctricas
• Conocimientos: Sólidos conocimientos en instalaciones eléctricas, media/baja tensión, inversores y montaje de estructuras fotovoltaicas.
• Competencias: Orientación a resultados, capacidad de resolución de problemas, dotes de liderazgo y destreza en herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
• Otros: Carné de conducir B y disponibilidad para desplazarse a las distintas obras de la zona asignada.

• Proyecto estable: Contratación indefinida a jornada completa en una empresa referente en el sector.
