Cans Front End Mechanic

Control, adjust, and perform the necessary repairs to achieve the correct functioning of all equipment

of the "FRONT END", also controlling the adequate quality of the bright cans produced. Work safely

Measure the cans of all machines and trimmer heights. Correct thicknesses and heights if necessary.

Check and perform axial load and dome inversion on all machines and enter the data into the computer.

Check and adjust concentrations of different chemical products in the machines.

Correct, repair, adjust, grease, change parts, and tooling of the machines in the area for their correct functioning.

Observe and monitor the correct functioning of the process, detecting possible anomalies.

Control bacteria, fungi, and yeast levels through sampling. Add the necessary chemical products

to maintain adequate levels.

Prepare the machines of a line when bright can production is required.

Perform measurements of the press blanks to identify anomalies.

Disassemble and clean the press dies, check their condition, and change the necessary parts.

Stop and start the machines.

Performs preventive maintenance work during the shift.

Support maintenance during scheduled maintenance

Controlar, ajustar y hacer las reparaciones necesarias para conseguir el correcto funcionamiento de todos los equipos

del "FRONT END", controlando también la adecuada calidad del envase brillante producido. Trabajar con seguridad

Medir los envases de todas las máquinas y alturas de recortadoras. Corregir espesores y alturas si es necesario.

Comprobar y hacer carga axial e inversión de domo en todas las máquinas e introducir los datos en el ordenador.

Comprobar y ajustar concentraciones de distintos productos químicos en las máquinas.

Corregir, reparar, ajustar, engrasar, cambiar piezas y utillaje de las máquinas de la zona para su correcto funcionamiento.

Observar y vigilar el correcto funcionamiento del proceso, detectando posibles anomalías.

Controlar mediante tomas los niveles de bacterias, hongos y levaduras. Añadir los productos químicos necesarios

para mantener los niveles adecuados.

Preparar las máquinas de una línea cuando se necesite producir envase brillante.

Realizar las medidas de los esbozos de las prensas para identificar anomalías.

Desmontar y limpiar los troqueles de las prensas, revisar su estado y cambiar las piezas necesarias.

Parar y arrancar las máquinas.

Realiza trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo durante el turno.

Apoyo a mantenimiento en los mantenimientos programados

Conocer, aplicar, cumplir las políticas y normas correspondientes a los sistemas de Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria

Dos años
