About the role

At Damm we are looking for people with a commercial vocation, strong communication skills, who are proactive and committed, to join our Hospitality Sales team.

You will take part in an intensive Program with the aim of training and developing you in the exciting world of SALES!

We will support you at all times, assigning you a mentor and holding regular meetings with the Commercial Management and the People area, so that you can experience and integrate first-hand the day-to-day work of this role, which is essential for the Company.

How?

During your first few weeks, you will accompany the HORECA channel (Hospitality, Restaurants and Cafés) sales force on their different routes and in distribution management, learning first-hand about the strategic work of the commercial area.

What you'll do

Below, we detail the duties you will carry out independently once the learning process has been completed:

  • Prospecting, analysis, negotiation and acquisition of clients with the aim of increasing sales volume in the assigned area while defending our market positioning.
  • Efficient planning of commercial visits to our clients located in the area of operation with the aim of increasing the listing of our products.
  • Monitoring, prioritizing and meeting the sales targets set.
  • Managing requests for installations (kegs, bottle racks, etc.) at our clients' premises, as well as associated operational issues, managing the resolution of each incident within the established timeframe.
  • Census: Defining and maintaining the volume of clients in the portfolio and of the competition in the area of operation.
  • Implementing the defined commercial plans in your area.
  • Reporting in Salesforce (CRM) the commercial conditions agreed with the retailer (hospitality operator).
