IT Business Analyst - Logistics and Warehousing

Required

• Completed university studies in Technical Engineering (Industrial, Computer Science...), Business Administration and Management, or similar fields.
• Advanced English

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology field of Logistics using the SAP ECC tool at a technical and functional level, specifically in the SAP WM/MM/LE modules, with experience in SAP S4-HANA valued. Extensive experience in SAP FI.

• Complementary knowledge of other relevant applications within your area of work, especially in relation to the manufacturing process: R&D&I, production, quality management.

Among the functions to be carried out during your role, the following would stand out:

• Leading projects based on a business case, ensuring costs, timelines, and quality are delivered in the projects, with measurement indicators that support such performance.
• Defining and executing projects, ensuring an adequate Communication and Training Plan, with effective change management and monitoring of adoption and compliance, while adhering to defined methodologies and processes.
• Supporting business areas in the use of systems, ensuring we optimize value and use them efficiently.
• Leading the definition, development, and maintenance of the functional architecture of the processes under your responsibility, ensuring that technological solutions align with business needs and industry best practices.
• Demand management: Developing, sizing, and prioritizing proposals for demand requests, evaluating their technical and functional feasibility, and ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Designing and/or supervising the design of technical and functional solutions for the initiatives in which you participate, ensuring they meet quality standards and business expectations.
• Executing the implementation of technical and functional solutions by leading or participating in projects, collaborating closely with internal and external teams, and validating results with users and internal clients to ensure satisfaction and compliance with requirements.
• Ensuring the continuous updating and validity of all documentation associated with applications in all their phases, from requirements gathering to functional design, development, testing, and the creation of training and operation manuals.
• Working closely with other IT teams, business areas, and external providers to ensure smooth integration of solutions and the resolution of potential conflicts or challenges during implementation.
• Proactively monitoring the service and value delivered by implemented solutions using clear KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring alignment with business needs.
