At this moment, we are looking for a STORE ORGANIZER to join our team, being a truly relevant figure in the operation of the store and the impact that their trade must have.

Nice to have

A person passionate about people who builds, trains, and leads functionally the best team of athletes, making them grow, working for and through talent.
A hands-on person, who wants to work under a dynamic of continuous improvement in every store process.
Capable of making decisions in the store, and ensuring the KPIs that come with the trade of an SO, in terms of safety, efficiency, demarcation, and results.
A person with a desire to grow in their training and with the ambition to keep advancing in their professional career.
Who is moved to participate in the construction and animation of the Girona project in coherence with that of the company.

We are a multispecialist sports brand, present in Spain since 1992, with a wide range of sports products and solutions.

In the Girona store, we are looking for a dedicated store organizer to help us advance in the enormous challenge in the city.

The Girona store is a store that will celebrate 30 years this coming year, 2027. It has an approximate annual turnover of between 23 million euros. The entire province of Girona has a population of slightly less than 300,000 people shared between Girona and the towns of the nearby coast, the latter having 130,000 inhabitants in zone 1 (closest to the store).
