As a leader in your sport, your responsibilities will be:
-Listening to and identifying your users' needs and making decisions accordingly.
-Having a long-term plan (project), medium-term (year), and short-term (day-to-day).
-Being an active player in the selection of the offering, both physical and digital, for the local user community.
-Being an ambassador for my products, conveying my experience and adding value to them.
-Ensuring the commercial dynamism of my sport.
-Sharing with my users the passion for sport by creating experiences that make them want to come back @ Decathlon.
-Involving other leaders from other sports in your goals, working collaboratively with them.

Como líder de tu deporte pasión tendrás como responsabilidades:
-Escuchar y detectar las necesidades de tu usuario y decidir en coherencia.
-Tener un plan a largo plazo (proyecto), medio plazo (año) y corto plazo (día a día).
-Ser actor de la selección de la oferta tanto física como digital, para la comunidad de usuarios locales.
-Ser embajador de mis productos, transmitiendo mi experiencia y poniéndolos en valor.
-Garantizar el dinamismo comercial de mi deporte.
-Compartir con mis usuarios la pasión por el deporte haciendo vivir experiencias que den ganas de volver @ Decathlon.
-Hacer partícipe de tus objetivos a otros líderes de otros deportes que trabajarán contigo de manera colaborativa.
