The role

At Decathlon Platja d'Aro we don't just sell products; we share our passion for sport with a vibrant community of local athletes and tourists visiting the Costa Brava. We are looking for people who want to turn their hobby into their profession.

What you'll do

As a Salesperson/ Runner, you will be the ambassador for your local sports. Your goal is to guide each customer to find the ideal equipment, ensuring an excellent and technical shopping experience.

Technical advice: You will listen to and advise users according to their level and needs.
Maintaining order and presentation of the store to create an attractive and functional environment.
Stock management: You will ensure the shelves are always full, attractive, and available.
Omnichannel: You will help the customer navigate between the physical store and our website.

Requirements

Requirements and qualifications
- Passion for running and knowledge of different sports disciplines.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the sports sector.
- Communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Results orientation and proactivity.
- Schedule flexibility and availability to work on weekends.
- Positive attitude, motivation, and a desire to learn.
