From Transactions, we are looking to expand our team at the Valladolid office.

At Transactions, we offer specialized financial advisory solutions to clients facing critical business decisions and transactions where significant value is at stake.

Deloitte has consolidated a team in Castilla y León exclusively dedicated to financial advisory in M&A operations and crisis situations, which has advised the main organizations in our business landscape in recent years. As a Manager in this team, you will participate in financial advisory projects involving acquisitions, investor searches, and new financing, as well as restructuring and operational improvement processes.

• Historical financial analysis of business groups and their medium-term projections in the context of a corporate transaction and/or financial restructuring of their debt.
• Coordination with other teams involved in supporting and advising business groups and/or financial entities in corporate operations or restructuring processes.
• Advisory on the preparation of financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
• Financial advisory on the design, planning, and implementation of business line spin-off processes.

• Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, dual degree with Law or Engineering.
• Between 6 and 9 years of experience in financial or accounting matters. Experience in Audit or Financial Consulting departments will be positively valued.
• High level of English.

En Transactions ofrecemos soluciones especializadas de asesoramiento financiero a clientes que se enfrentan a decisiones críticas de negocio y en transacciones en las que un valor significativo está en juego.

Deloitte ha consolidado en Castilla y León un equipo líder dedicado exclusivamente al asesoramiento financiero en operaciones de M&A y situaciones de crisis, que ha asesorado en los últimos años a las principales organizaciones de nuestro tejido empresarial. Como Gerente de este equipo, participarás en proyectos de asesoramiento financiero en adquisiciones, búsqueda de inversores y nueva financiación, así como en procesos de restructuración y mejora operativa.

• Análisis financiero histórico del negocio de grupos empresariales y sus proyecciones a medio plazo en el contexto de una transacción corporativa y/o reestructuración financiera de su deuda.
• Coordinación con otros equipos involucrados en el apoyo y asesoramiento a los grupos empresariales y/o entidades financieras en operaciones corporativas o procesos de restructuración.
• Asesoramiento en la elaboración de modelos financieros (Cuenta de Resultados, Balance y Cash-Flow).
• Asesoramiento financiero en el diseño, planificación e implantación en procesos de escisión de ramas de negocio.

• Titulado/a en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, doble titulación con Derecho o Ingeniería.
• Experiencia entre 6 y 9 años en materia financiera o contable. Se valorará positivamente el paso por departamentos de Auditoría o Consultoría Financiera.
• Nivel de inglés alto.
