The role
What you'll do
You will provide support to the Technical Lead in coordinating and monitoring initiatives related to Data Operations, observability, and operational resilience, acting as a liaison between the different teams involved.
Among your responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate Data Operational Resilience initiatives, from design and implementation to monitoring testing and platform audits.

- More than 5 years of experience in Big Data, Data Platform, DataOps, IT Operations, Data Governance, or operational management of data platforms.
- Experience in technical or operational coordination roles, managing cross-functional initiatives and multidisciplinary teams without requiring direct hierarchical responsibility.
- Knowledge of Big Data and DataOps platforms, including the data lifecycle, deployments, automation, monitoring, and production operations.
- Knowledge of Data Governance, including Data Assets, data products, ownership, cataloging, lineage, quality, and data security.
- Knowledge of observability and operational resilience, including service continuity, asset criticality, contingencies, recovery, and change management.
- Experience coordinating initiatives with Architecture, Security, Data Platform, DataOps, Data Governance, and Operations teams, managing dependencies, risks, and blockers.
- Experience in managing vendors and technology pilots, coordinating deliverables, requirements, validations, and solution deployment.
- Organizational, analytical, and communication skills with both technical and management profiles.
- Technical English level (minimum B2) to work with vendors and technical documentation.
