Telesales Agent (Native Dutch)

Convert incoming calls into sales: listen, recognize needs, and offer the best protection solution for every customer. Your goal is qualitative sales, maximum conversion opportunities, and a smooth experience that delivers results.

• Manage incoming calls and turn inquiries into sales opportunities.

• Present products and insurance in a clear, persuasive, and customer-oriented manner.

• Identify needs and apply up‑selling and cross‑selling.

• Close sales according to quality and verification standards.

• Accurately record information and keep customer data up‑to‑date.

• Follow commercial and legal processes without losing speed.

• Provide feedback to improve scripts, processes, and team results.

• Native from the Netherlands

• Experience in sales.

• Excellent communication, fully focused on sales.

• Target-driven sales experience, preferably with incoming calls.

• Strong in handling objections and turning doubts into a successful close.

• Multitasking, speed, and flexibility with different customer types.

• Positive attitude, ambition, and KPI‑oriented working.

• Digital skills (Teams, Office, CRM).

• Permanent contract with stability.

• Gross annual salary: 20,674 € + 1,300 € competency allowance =

  23,125.51 € gross per year.

• 100% remote work or hybrid work if you live in the Comunidad de Madrid.

• Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, with a one-hour lunch break.
