SST Assistant Hotel Gran Tacande (Temporary project)

At Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts, we are looking to hire an HSE Assistant for our hotel Gran Tacande, located in Playa Bahía del Duque. The selected candidate will join the hotel's maintenance team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of actively contributing to the proper functioning of the facilities and maintaining the quality, safety, and efficiency standards of the chain. 

• Support with basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Simple repairs in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Handling incidents in guest rooms and common areas.
• Collaborating with the technical team to ensure the facilities are in good condition.
• Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hotels or tourist environments.
• Knowledge of working at height, confined spaces, cleaning, and Legionella disinfection.

En Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts, buscamos incorporar un/a Ayudante de Servicios Técnicos para nuestro hotel Gran Tacande, ubicado en Playa Bahía del Duque. La persona seleccionada se incorporará temporalmente al equipo de mantenimiento del hotel, con la posibilidad de contribuir activamente al correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones y al mantenimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia propios de la cadena. 

• Apoyo en tareas básicas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
• Reparaciones sencillas de electricidad, fontanería, carpintería, climatización, etc.
• Atención de incidencias en habitaciones y zonas comunes.
• Colaboración con el equipo técnico para garantizar el buen estado de las instalaciones.
• Cumplimiento de normas de seguridad e higiene laboral.
