The role

What you'll do

Follow the instructions given by your supervisor regarding health and safety standards. Perform, in a qualified, autonomous, and responsible manner, the service and sale of food and beverages when applicable, along with any other tasks assigned by supervisors. Prepare the assigned work areas for service. Inform supervisors of necessary supplies and purchases required for the proper functioning of the department. Assist with setting up and clearing the dining room. Handle billing and customer payments according to established procedures. Carry out assigned tasks promptly, diligently, and safely. Provide exceptional and attentive service to guests in the restaurant or other food and beverage areas, taking and serving orders efficiently, ensuring a pleasant experience, and making sure customer needs are met with courtesy and professionalism.

Profile requirements

Education (specify if there are legal requirements for the position): Training in Hospitality, Restaurant Services, or similar (desirable);

Experience and technical knowledge: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in table service in restaurants or hospitality establishments; Knowledge of customer service standards, tray handling, and restaurant protocol; Ability to recommend dishes and beverages, take orders, and serve efficiently;

Other desirable requirements (not essential): Languages (especially English); Communication and customer service skills; Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
