The role

Join our team and become an integral part of our Customer Experience department, where you'll provide essential support and gradually take on greater responsibilities.

With a focus on order management, logistics, and supply chain activities, you'll collaborate closely with diverse customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

  • Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process.
  • Keep customer requirements updated in our system.
  • Build an intimate relationship with dsm-firmenich customers & internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports and information to stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary.
  • Manage daily escalations & issues.
  • Open, follow up customer's non-conformities.

City, Country: This position can be performed from Barcelona (Spain) or Grasse (France) or Dax (France)

You bring

  • Graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics.
  • Minimum of 2 years' job-related experience.
  • You have an advanced level of English. French is nice to have.
  • Absolute customer focus, excellent communication skills and team spirit.
  • Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
  • Knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
