About the role

The Property Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring properties in the Valencia area that align with Equito's investment criteria. This role ensures that each investment is managed efficiently, legally, and transparently, maximizing returns for our investors from the search phase through to post-purchase coordination.

What you'll do

  • Act as Equito's point of contact for property acquisition in Valencia.

  • Search for, visit, and evaluate potential investment opportunities.

  • Sell real estate opportunities directly and with key partners.

  • Identify and propose new ideas to improve the department.

  • Secure new contacts of interest.

  • Analyze profitability and suggest possible layouts or reconfigurations of space.

  • Negotiate with property owners and real estate agents to close deals.

  • Coordinate the entire property purchase process, including payments.

  • Follow up on renovation timelines and the executed project.

  • Validate transactions with notaries and legal advisors to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Manage post-purchase tasks such as setting up utilities (water, electricity, gas) and insurance.

  • Compile and organize all relevant documentation for asset management.

  • Coordinate renovation start dates and collaborate on the final layout.
