What you'll do

  • Manage the assigned pipeline and carry out active prospecting (cold calls, walk-in visits, and in-person meetings) in Valencia and surrounding areas. Select the restaurants within scope based on marketing recommendations to proactively schedule and organize your daily agenda.
  • Represent our brand and platform effectively and professionally.
  • Explain to restaurant owners and managers the opportunities, features, and benefits of TheFork Manager to onboard them onto the platform. Follow up continuously with clients until the deal is closed and ensure the restaurant is successfully published online.
  • Adapt the engagement strategy to overcome objections, resolve obstacles, and achieve monthly and/or quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales operations, supplier support, and account management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle.
  • Demonstrate determination, drive, and resilience in the face of day-to-day challenges.

Who you are

What we're looking for

  • You have between 3 and 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably at an online company and in an in-person (face2face) capacity.
  • Experience in territory and pipeline management using Salesforce or another CRM tool.
  • Fluent Spanish (C2 level) and upper-intermediate English (B2).
  • It is mandatory to have your own vehicle (car or motorcycle).
  • Strong communication skills applied to sales, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • A results-oriented hunter profile, with constant motivation to acquire new clients and engage in cold-calling.
  • Proactive and autonomous, with the ability to drive initiatives forward without constant supervision.
  • A confident, dynamic, flexible, and organized person, able to work successfully in an agile and changing environment.

  • Valencian is a plus (not essential)
  • Experience in the hospitality sector (hospitality) will be positively valued.
