Job Offer: Telecommunications Sales Representative at DIGI Spain

We are a telecommunications operator present in the Spanish market since 2008, offering fixed and mobile telephone and internet services, as well as television. We have our own high-performance fiber optic network that allows us to be leaders in internet access speed; and focused on the residential segment, we have our own stores and a wide distribution network for the commercialization of our services throughout Spain.

We belong to the DIGI Communications Group with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. Originating from Romania, where we have our main business, we are also present, in addition to Spain, in Portugal, Italy, and Belgium.

We are looking for a shop assistant who will be responsible for promoting and selling our DIGI products in our DIGI Stores.

Position duties

- Promotion of DIGI products and services in the stores.

- Processing documents to manage contracts, number portability, etc.

- Managing these processes, coordinating with different DIGI teams/people.

- Comprehensive customer service, resolving questions and needs that arise at the point of sale.

- After-sales support and resolution of customer issues.

- Reporting sales to the store manager on a daily basis.

- Distributing magazines in front of the store.

- Attracting customers in the vicinity of the store.

- Maintaining order and cleanliness inside the store.

- Managing SIM card inventory and store supplies.

- Experience as a shop assistant (a plus if in telecommunications).

- Experience working towards sales targets.

- Minimum education: high school diploma (Bachillerato), intermediate vocational training (FP grado medio), or equivalent.

- Basic computer skills.

- Flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday.

- Commercial skills.

- Customer and business orientation.

- Teamwork.
