The role
At Eurofirms Group, we are selecting a Laboratory Assistant for a company in the food sector dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of various types of cereals for human consumption, located in Carrascosa del Campo.
What you'll do
The selected person will perform the following duties:
- Collaborate with the Quality and Food Safety Manager in the preparation of quality management system documents.
- Execute or supervise established quality controls, assessing their compliance.
- Verify that contracted services or materials comply with the established specifications.
- Receipt of complaints or suggestions and communication to the Quality Manager.
- Document product or service non-conformities and communicate them to the Quality and Food Safety Manager.
- Liaison with the Production department, communicating any incidents occurring in the plant.
- Supervision of visiting/subcontracted personnel within the facilities.
- Management of the sample library.
- Review of record compliance.
- Laboratory inventory.
- Aflatoxin analysis.
- Supervision of loading/unloading tasks.
- Sampling.
- Participate in the training activities deemed necessary by the Quality and Food Safety Manager.
- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
