The role

A company in the metal sector is looking for an Upholsterer to work in Torrejón de Ardoz and perform the following tasks:

- Upholstering and reupholstering of chairs, armchairs, theater seats, and other office furniture.

- Cutting and preparation of fabrics, faux leather, leather, mesh, and other upholstery materials.

- Replacement and placement of foams, fillings, and padding.

- Disassembly and assembly of furniture components (backrests, seats, armrests, etc.).

- Stapling, gluing, and fixing fabrics onto wood, metal, or plastic structures.

- Repair and maintenance of upholstered furniture.

- Interpretation of manufacturing orders and technical specifications.

- Handling of manual tools and upholstery machinery (pneumatic staplers, sewing machines, cutters, etc.).

- Verification of finishes and quality control of the final product.

- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience performing the described duties.
We are looking for a responsible person.
Residence near the workplace is valued.
