Evolutionary maintenance of the applications that support the company's works and certification operations, and knowledge transfer to reduce the current dependency on a single technical person for that block.
Context
This is not a position for development from scratch. It is working on live applications, in production, with history and uneven documentation. A large part of the value of this profile lies in understanding others' code quickly, documenting it while working on it, and leaving it in a state that another person can maintain without depending on the original author.
Technical requirements
• Solid level of PHP, minimum 5 years in real production environments.
• Experience with lightweight MVC frameworks like Kumbia. If there is no direct experience in Kumbia,
CodeIgniter or CakePHP counts as equivalent, as the logic of these frameworks is very similar.
• MySQL at the query, modeling, and basic optimization level.
• Consumption of REST APIs, ideally with previous experience integrating with an ERP (Business Central, SAP, similar).
• Regular use of AI assistants for development (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or equivalent), not just for
autocomplete but for refactoring and documentation of legacy code.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously on systems without complete documentation.
