ITIL Process Technician

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the IT industry.
• Vocational Training FPII related to IT or similar.
• Knowledge of ticketing, documentation, and CMDB management tools.

• University degree in IT.
• ITIL certification.
• Good level of spoken and written English, minimum B2.

We are looking to hire a Process Technician with experience in the management and supervision of ITIL processes, coordination of technical groups, and client liaison.

🎯 Duties

• Control of ITIL service processes, working in close collaboration on their management and assigned to various clients.
• Possibility of taking ownership of certain processes.
• Control and supervision of unplanned demand processes: incidents, requests, and problems.
• Control and supervision of transition processes: changes.
• Supervision, coordination, and prioritization of technical groups' activities.
• Leadership of meetings with clients.
• Generation of reports and documentation for clients.
• Technical coordination in the final drafting of documentation.
• Documentation of new management procedures.
• Support in the configuration management process.
• Delivery of internal and external training courses to clients.
