Electrical Assembly Operator

Hold any of the following qualifications with less than 3 years of experience:

• Intermediate degree in Electrical and Automated Installations.
• Intermediate degree in Electromechanical Maintenance.
• Higher degree in Electro-technical and Automated Systems.
• Higher degree in Renewable Energies.
• Higher degree in Automation and Industrial Robotics.
• Higher degree in Electronic Maintenance.
• Higher degree in Industrial Mechatronics.
• Professional certificate in Auxiliary Operations for the Assembly and Maintenance of Electrical and Electronic Equipment.
• Have knowledge of electrical diagrams and manufacturing processes.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.
• Availability to work in shifts.
• Attention to detail: Pay attention to what is being done to ensure the job is done well.
• Teamwork: We work on a production line with other people, and each person's activities affect the others. It is important to maintain a good working environment to foster communication.
• Leadership: Understood as taking the lead in daily activities and in one's own development.

At FASTER BURGOS, we are looking for an operator to provide support to an important company in Burgos.

Your mission will be to ensure the correct assembly of electrical equipment and units, following the technical specifications and the established quality and safety standards, contributing to the smooth running of the production process and to meeting the company's efficiency targets.

• Assembly: Carry out the electrical assembly of the different medium-voltage cell products (electrical wiring, controls, control panel wiring, etc.), understanding the electrical diagrams and following the assembly instructions.
• Checking: Carry out the assembly check to ensure the quality of the work performed and avoid rework or delays in production.
• Testing: Carry out the speed testing of the controls installed in the equipment, recording all the information and reporting any incidents.
• Participate in the daily Kaizen meetings and propose improvements.
• Take responsibility for complying with the safety rules and measures for the protection of people, facilities, and work tools.
