Your work will be essential to our cell assembly line, performing, among others, the following functions:
· Execute and guarantee the correct performance of the position's tasks.
· Support colleagues by ensuring compliance with takt times and participating in incident analysis processes.
· Participate in department meetings, being proactive in the search for solutions and process improvements.
· Review the product before starting the assembly process at the station to ensure the correct state of the previous tasks.
· Take responsibility for and care for the resources provided by the company, ensuring that all are in correct condition prior to use and reporting any issues if necessary.
· Review the product at a mechanical and electrical level, possessing the critical capacity to assess possible detected faults, transmitting the information to their superior to carry out corrections on the blueprints and thus dispatch the correct product to the customer.
· Extensive problem-solving capacity to face problems during the assembly process. These span a wide range where proactive personnel will be required to learn various systems and determine the appropriate solution.
