Factory Maintenance Staff

Minimum requirements

Intermediate or advanced vocational training in electricity, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or a similar field.

Hands-on training in the area of extrusion and industrial processes.

Availability to work the established shifts and with a flexible hours bank.

Immediate start.

Forklift license and experience operating forklifts will be valued, although it is not an essential requirement.

License and experience operating an overhead crane will be valued, although it is not an essential requirement.

We are looking for a person to work in Alcalá de Guadaíra. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery.

Working on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.

Locating and repairing faults in production lines.

Collaborating on general maintenance tasks for facilities.

Participating in internal training plans for industrial processes.

Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday:

From 07:00 to 15:00 hours.

From 15:00 to 23:00 hours.

From 23:00 to 07:00 hours.

From 10:00 to 18:00 hours.

Availability to work with a flexible schedule.

An initial 3-month contract is offered (+9-month extension), with the possibility of becoming a permanent member of the team once that period ends, provided there is a good fit between the company and the candidate.
