Alfran is the first international company offering products and services in refractories, passive fire protection, insulation, heat treatments, antacids, and electrical tracing for industry.
We are looking for an Operations Technician with experience in the construction or refractory sector, committed and proactive, with the ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Functions:
Plan, organize, and execute operations at client sites.
Report to the Operations Manager.
Collaborate on client loyalty. Ensure compliance with applicable environmental and safety regulations.
Negotiate with material suppliers according to the purchasing procedure.
Prepare reports for all client projects on time and properly.
Ensure adequate risk control (compliance with the budgeted margin) and improve performance and productivity.
Collaborate with Sales Managers and Technicians on visits and quotes.
Prepare work certifications until client approval.
Technical training in construction, engineering, or related fields.
Previous experience in similar positions, at least 2 years, preferably in the construction or refractory sector.
Leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
Availability for continuous geographic mobility nationwide.
Results-oriented and decision-making skills.
Intermediate to advanced English level. French is a plus.
Residence in Seville or surrounding areas.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle
