Key Responsibilities.

• Define and continuously improve IT governance frameworks across the full lifecycle of technology initiatives.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, procedures, and decision-making structures.
• Ensure alignment between IT strategy and business objectives, including risk management activities.
• Lead IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Manage SOX compliance, including internal controls, audit coordination, and remediation activities.
• Act as a key liaison with senior stakeholders, finance, and audit teams, promoting a strong control culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in IT governance, financial management, audit, risk, or compliance roles.
• Strong expertise in IT budgeting, financial controls, and regulatory compliance (SOX).
• Experience working with auditors and senior executives.
• Relevant certifications (COBIT, ITIL, CISA, CIA, CPA) are preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
