About the role

From Ferrovial Construction we need to incorporate an OPR Technician for our Civil Works projects in the Central and Railways Division based in Madrid.

MISSION

Direct, plan, organize and control the processes, procedures, instructions and activities related to the project's quality management, in order to ensure compliance with its standards and regulations, as well as ensure the quality of the works and processes by analyzing and designing improvement plans for the non-conformities detected.

What you'll do

DUTIES

-Implementation of Health and Safety Plans and control the effectiveness of the measures planned on site.

-Prepare Annexes and Work Procedures.

-Advise and promote the implementation of the company's Preventive Management System, checking its effectiveness and compliance.

-Carry out periodic checks of working conditions on site.

-Carry out according to Art. 19 of Law 31/1995 on the Prevention of Occupational Risks within their competencies as well as informational talks.

-Investigate and report incidents and accidents, generating the necessary reports.

-Carry out or manage hygiene and ergonomic evaluations and measurements.

-Advise the production line on Health and Safety matters.

-Collaborate in the review of subcontractor companies' documentation.
