Art Director - (Graphic Designer/Art)

Who are you?

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, with a track record of leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Having worked in creative agencies (Minimum 3 years)
• Education in Graphic Design or Advertising.
• Intermediate/High level of English (B2 or higher).
• Creative and flexible approach to projects and capable of forging solid working relationships.
• Ability to multitask in the short term and prioritize workloads.
• Ability to work quickly from concept creation to the finished product.
• Practical use of generative AI to research, ideate, prototype, create, and solve problems; curiosity to stay up to date and judgment to choose when and how to use it.
• You will provide knowledge in:
• Adobe Creative Cloud.

The Role

The purpose of this position is to design memorable long-term experiences that allow the brand to connect with consumers. It is about creating a continuous conceptual path at a digital level for each brand.

Lead projects from start to finish, coordinate teams, and convert creative and operational challenges into concrete solutions. Integrate AI into your work with judgment, from the exploration of ideas to production and optimization.

What will you do?

• Coordination of the Art team for different accounts
• You will manage the production of a set of images for a variety of online channels that is expected to generate high interactivity and engagement.
• You will work with creative ideas and contribute your own, supporting the team and delivering high-quality work within the schedule.
• You will lead high-quality projects, working closely with the team to deliver creative materials.
• You will add value and knowledge to the delivery and execution of digital campaigns and the development of solid concepts.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, test new tools, and develop ways of working that improve the quality, speed, or scope of projects. Guide the team in its use and review the results before delivering them.
