Production Supervisor / Team Leader

• Higher Degree in Technical or Scientific areas; training related to the Food Industry will be especially valued.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervision, coordination, or team management positions in industrial environments, preferably in the food sector.
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and make decisions in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of production processes, food safety, quality, and occupational risk prevention.
• Orientation towards continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and the achievement of objectives.
• Communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies, 5S, and continuous improvement tools is highly valued.

At Florette Murcia, we are looking for a person who can coordinate and lead the productive activity during their shift, guaranteeing compliance with the manufacturing plan, quality standards, food safety, occupational safety, and the environment, optimizing available resources and promoting an efficient, safe, and continuous improvement-oriented work environment.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Coordinate and supervise the production of their shift, guaranteeing compliance with quality, productivity, deadline, and cost objectives.
• Lead and develop the team, promoting a safe, efficient, and results-oriented work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement through the identification and implementation of process optimization opportunities.
• Participate in improvement projects and in the implementation of new processes and products.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, food safety, occupational risk prevention, and environmental standards.
• Act as the factory's emergency manager in the absence of the Manufacturing Service Management.
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and the correct organization of the work areas.

Additional requirements:

• Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, according to production needs.
• Schedule flexibility and the ability to adapt to a dynamic industrial environment.
• Availability to assume coordination and operational management responsibilities during the shift.
• Interim contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
