Cybersecurity Architect

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Minimum 5 years performing specific Cybersecurity Architect functions.
• Demonstrable experience in the design and evolution of corporate security architectures in multinational organizations. Experience coordinating internal technical teams and external providers, exercising supervision and technical leadership functions.
• Experience participating in technology governance processes and architectural decision-making at a corporate level.
• Demonstrable experience as a Senior Cybersecurity Architect in corporate and multinational environments.
• Extensive knowledge in the design and implementation of corporate and solution cybersecurity architectures.
• Ability to define requirements, standards, roadmaps, and security evolution plans aligned with the business.
• Demonstrable and transversal technical knowledge of the main cybersecurity domains: cloud security, IAM/PAM, data protection, application security, vulnerability management, incident monitoring and response, Zero Trust, and Security by Design.
• Experience working in organizations with a variety of stakeholders (CISO, Security Office, SOC, Infrastructure, Development, Operations, and Business).
• Experience in technical coordination and supervision of multidisciplinary teams and external providers.
• Leadership, communication, and influence skills in international environments.

• Experience in large multinationals (more than 50,000 employees).
• Experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
• Participation in global cybersecurity transformation, cloud security, Zero Trust, or DevSecOps programs. Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or SABSA.
• Professional level German.

• No specific degree is required.
• University degrees in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent technical disciplines will be valued.
• A Master's degree in Cybersecurity will be valued.

Languages:
High level of English (minimum C1), both spoken and written, as it is the usual working language.

We are looking for a profile responsible for defining and leading the evolution of the organization's security architectures, ensuring their alignment with strategic objectives, business risks, and corporate standards. You will act as a technical reference in cybersecurity matters, ensuring the correct integration of security requirements into various technological programs and initiatives and facilitating collaboration between the security, IT, development, and business areas in a multinational environment.

• No mandatory certifications are required.
• Reference certifications in the field of security and enterprise architecture will be valued, such as:
  • SABSA (Security Architecture)
  • TOGAF
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional), for security architectures in cloud environments.
  • Sherwood Applied Business Security Architecture (SABSA Practitioner or SABSA Chartered Architect).
  • Security architecture certifications from public cloud providers
  • Cybersecurity manufacturer certifications
  • Equivalent certifications in architecture and cybersecurity.
